Product Long Description
Micro-Lok® HP fiberglass pipe insulation is manufactured using the latest technology and our unique in-line manufacturing process. This process results in a uniform fiberglass core that delivers consistent performance during fabrication and installation. In addition, our proprietary auto-jacketer ensures consistency during production and installation resulting in a tighter jacket with a cleaner finished appearance. Micro-Lok HP delivers thermal performance you can count on, while meeting all industry performance requirements.

Uniform Self-Sealing Lap Alignment and Adhesion - Tape is aligned at jacket edge to provide a clean, seamless appearance while tape seals jacket to itself immediately and permanently.

Superior Cutability and Fabrication - Mandrel wound production for consistent wall thickness and insulation dimension across all pipe sizes.

Consistent Jacket Adhesion and Alignment - Smooth fiberglass section surface promotes jacket tightness for optimum finish appearance. 

Fire Safety - Meets ASTM E84, CAN ULC S102.2 – 25/50 rating and is UL listed and Labeled for use in plenum spaces.

GREENGUARD Gold Certified - Each of our Micro-Lok products is GREENGUARD® Gold certified.
