Water-repellent MinWool-1200® Precision Cut pipe insulation is a factory "v-grooved" mineral wool board manufactured to specific pipe or vessel sizes with a variety of facing options. It ships in flat 4-mil plastic and is easily formed on the job site. All mineral wool insulation is made from basalt, a volcanic rock, and bound with a thermosetting resin. Advanced manufacturing technology ensures that our mineral wool products have consistent product quality, with high fiber-density and low shot-content, for excellent performance in thermal control and fire resistance applications.
