State Phase-Down of HFCs in the Polyurethanes Industry

There is no federal requirement to transition to low GWP blowing agents in the foam sector, however, multiple states are making the change.  California, New Jersey, Vermont, and Washington have enacted legislation prohibiting the use of HFCs in the foam sector, and even more states are setting up to do the same.
