Scottsboro Team Receives Innovation Award

The ninth annual JM Experience Awards were announced at the Executive Leadership Conference at the end of January. The awards recognize distinguished accomplishments by JM teams who live our core values of People, Passion, Perform and Protect. Additionally, the Innovation Award showcases efforts and contributions to drive innovation across the company. 

The Innovation Award is open to any team or individuals driving innovation in products or processes. Our Scottsboro Team was honored in receiving the innovation award for outstanding performance. The team consisted of: CQ Chen, Terry Couch, Kerry Hill, Jordan Kortmeyer, Rick Martelon, Jeff Maxson, Tim McQuillen, Will Sanborn, Kim Tokarski, Jamie Treglio,and Lance Wang. 

Finally, we extend a very special thank you to our JM Employee, Elam Leed, who worked with his brother and son to craft each award — made from blown glass — by hand. He learned the technique as an undergraduate student at Penn State University and continues to visit the studio with his wife and children, who have also learned glassblowing.
