Corrosion is one of the most prevalent challenges to city infrastructure throughout the world, and this is especially true when discussing the industrial sector. When it comes to the industrial industry, there are several ways to mitigate CUI (corrosion under insulation), but the current management methods tend to lack a systematic approach in managing CUI risks.
This article describes the results from a recent study on management methodology for CUI threats. The study focuses on managing the CUI threat with risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk update, and experience transfer in a systematic manner.
