This year the Milan, OH plant participated in the Milan Food Drive. The team collected almost 400 food items for the Milan Salvation Army which serves residents of the Milan and Berlin Heights areas. This is a great cause to participate in and the team did a great job collecting food items to donate.
The team has donated to this local food pantry since the plant opened in 2012. Jennifer Lamb, services coordinator in Milan, stated, “We believe helping our neighbors in need is important and this was a good way for the plant to have an impact on our community.” JM is always looking for more ways to help in the local communities, and the food drive in Milan is a great way for the team to get involved in the community.
